ISBN: 9781538469958 *should be* the 2012 Blackstone Audio UNABRIDGED edition of Busman’s Honeymoon by Dorothy L. Sayers, narrated by Ian Carmichael, Duration: 12:42:04.
Instead it is listed as the 2010 BBC full cast 2010 *abridged* edition, adapted by Alistair Beaton, also narrated by Ian Carmichael *and others*, Duration: 2:24:30. This and 4 others are listed as different books because the adapter is listed as the primary author.
The unabridged was produced after the BBC radio version — and used the BBC radio version’s cover.
CORRECT Author: Dorothy L. Sayers Narrator: Ian Carmichael Publisher: Blackstone Publishing Edition: Unabridged Duration: 12:42:04 Release Date: June 1, 2012 Format: audiobook
Looking at the librarian change log, it looks like it was created incorrectly by Ingram, at one point it had the info updated to the correct info, and subsequently most of the info (but not publisher) was changed back to the BBC radio play info.
I couldn’t find that this isbn was ever actually used for the BBC radio drama, I think it was a distributor error in the original upload.
It has 21 reviews.
What’s the solution? A new entry with the same ISBN, and the unabridged info? Also, correct the 5 editions listing Beaton as the primary author, and combining those in with the other 100+ editions?
