Alex Wandrey | 4 comments It’s not even just that the titles are inconsistent or some of the books are missing. Some of the info is just incorrect and it is not hard to google and fix. I would love to reformat these books/ gather all the info I just need a librarian or admin to work with.

Michelle | 386 comments Hi Alex,
I researched this to see what had been done so far.
Because you included no links, I'm unsure if you viewed the series page or a sub-series page instead or what (BUT will assume the series page included below).

https://www.goodreads.com/series/8666...

I also looked at Amazon U.S. and Amazon Japan.

When I looked at the 3 boxed sets and descriptions of their contents, it seems some on the series page are out of order (but I didn't look super closely).

I'm happy to work on this project solo with you or with multiple Librarians if they're interested (this thread is now added to my feed).

What may be easiest to get started is check out the series page and let us know what's out of order. Please DO include links to Goodread approved resources (such as Amazon, the author website, publisher website, etc. - full list at link below).

Resources not accepted by GR as a SOLE resource can certainly still be used to help us find missing books on Amazon or GR by locating ISBN #s, etc.

Here's a link to GR acceptable resources:
https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

I'll create a separate post in a moment with links to some of the resources I used that may be of help to you.

Please DO include links moving forward so we can be sure of your sources, and for ease of copying corrected or missing info, etc.

It may be easier to first focus on getting all the missing pieces and get them all in order and then focus on updating descriptions, etc., such as going through maybe 5 books (or so) at a time. (Of course, with links to where the corrections came from.)

But then again, you may prefer to work on corrections on each title as they're added as you'll already have the links handy.

As long as your instructions are clear and links are included, we can certainly work with whatever style works best for you.

I imagine this project will take a while to complete, and multiple Librarians may wish to work on this. That said, I'm also happy to work on this alone with you until it gets done.

Okay, next post is some links.

Hope this helped!
regards

Michelle | 386 comments Part 2, here are the links I used thus far.

GR Monogatari series page
https://www.goodreads.com/series/8666...

GR author page
https://www.goodreads.com/author/list...

Amazon - U.S. (search: monogatari)
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=MONOGATARI...

Amazon - U.S. (search: monogatari nisioisin)
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=MONOGATARI...

Amazon - Japan (search monogatari)
https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=monogata...

The monogatari nisioisin search was I believe the one that came back with over 1,000 results so I've not included that one here.

Amazon Japan - vofan search (also did monogatari vofan but vofan alone seemed better)
https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=Vofan&am...

Your initial request makes it seem as if you're quite familiar with the series, so feel free to use or ignore my list above as you may get much better search results.

regards.
