Saints of Storm and Sorrow doesn't meet catalog guidelines?

Hi! I just finished reading Saints of Storm and Sorrow by Gabriella Buba but I haven't been able to rate it or post my review. On the book page (only visible on web, not in the app), it says that the book can no longer be reviewed bc it doesn't fit Goodreads's catalog guidelines. The Help page I was redirected to when I clicked Learn More had a list of disqualifying work types but this novel doesn't fall under any of those labels. Can this please be added back to the catalog so I can rate/review?
