Rita Chapman | 4 comments For the last few days, when I go to Notifications, I see ones from several days ago instead of the last 24 hours. How can I change this, please?

Tawnya | 4027 comments I had a similar issue back in December. Perhaps it is the same bug doing it? Another librarian told me to log out and then log back in. That fixed it for me.

BTW, the notifications I missed never did appear.

Thanks Tawnya, but this has been happening for several days now.

Tawnya | 4027 comments I hadn't gotten notifications for over a month. I was making requests to the supers and they were telling me they had finished. I wrote it off as another change like the one that happened in September where ALL "notify me" boxes where unchecked system wide. It caused, and is still causing, issues. When you click on my profile it says I was last active this month. Back then it said I hadn't been active since October. I edit every single day. I also read my kindle every day and I use the notes. I had also did several reviews. The system had stopped I guess "sensing" me. We were discussing the September change in a thread when Since author profile do not show your activity there is no way to see if that is what is happening. I hadn't logged out in almost a year. I actually had a repeat happen a few days ago. When I checked it said I hadn't been active since February...even though a day earlier it was showing correctly.
Normally we just explain to people that this is something that you have to ask support about, as it has nothing to do with librarians. I just thought maybe you were experiencing that same thing that I (and a lot of others) have found.
You can reach support heret
Good luck.
