Need to replace cover on unpublished new book

Hi, my final book cover was just completed and I need to replace the teaser cover currently used for this book. It is not an alternate cover or edition; that image was always intended to be temporary. The new cover should be appearing on Amazon in the next 24-48 hours, so what can I do to replace the current one? And will I need to do this with every teaser cover going forward? Thanks in advance for your help!
