[OPEN] Add book Practical Identity Management With MidPoint

Please add the following book. It's a publicly accessible (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) e-book about Evolveum identity management tool called midPoint. The book is, however, not only about the product, as it covers identity management in general. It's not a marketing material, it's rather an educational book. Thus, I believe it has its place on Goodreads.

As for the publish date and revision: this is an ongoing effort since 2015. I expect there will be new revisions at least every year or so. However, the book title, main author, and description is here likely to stay for some years.
