I'd like to nominate Under the Eye of the Big Bird by Hiromi Kawakami just nominated for the International Booker Prize 2025!
Meredith wrote: "I would like to nominate The Forest of Wool and Steel by Natsu Miyashita."I can't wait to read it. Hope it wins. I second this nomination, I guess.
End of the World and Hard-Boiled Wonderland: A New Translation By Haruki Murakami, eng trans by Jay Rubin. (Although it is hard not to be interested in Hiromi Kawakami’s new translation….)
We have to the end of March 12th for nominations and then we will put up the voting poll for a week.Reminders: just one nomination from each member.
If it is already nominated it will get on the poll and you can suggest another one if you would like.
