So this was an audiobook that was on some device my dad had, I have a feeling he got it through audible. I must have listened to it 2006-2009.
There is a female protagonist, she starts off in a tattoo shop talking to a friend. She has a partner. I think she gets into an accident, or maybe she just doesn't wake up? but she falls into a coma and finds herself in a fantasy world. This world is like a typical fantasy world, a Castle, a Prince etc. She is pretty much treated like royalty. She realises she can materialise whatever she can imagine, or they tell her she can? She imagines fantastical, fine garments; there is one inspired by spiders/spiders webs. There is another part where she manifests fireworks in a ballroom. I never finished it, maybe it was a sample.
