Adding a print edition for book already added as digital

Trying to do a book giveaway sign up and it will not let me as the print edition is not added to my books page. Trying to Add Gallant Rogue, Reluctant Heroes Book 3, to books. How do I link a print edition copy to a digital copy. ISBN # 978-1502443861

There are three editions of this book already in the database: a kindle edition, a Smashword e-book, and a Createspace paperback. I combined these for you into a single work.

Did you need to add another print edition?

Still cannot add my book to a giveaway. It keeps telling me the print version of the book is not in database, and says the print ISBN is invalid.

#2 @Betsy - I only found the Kindle and the ebook. There was no paperback, so I added it.
