I remember reading an ebook on amazon for free around 2012 to 2015.

It was at least 100 pages

It was about a boy and a girl around 12 years old and they both had this unique ability to them where either they could remember everything that ever happened or they could pick up on details most people would miss over. I don’t think they were related to each other.

One big thing I remember is during class at school, various people of the community came to talk to them, when a police officer was there and while a bunch of kids asked silly questions , our two leads brought up this serious crime of a serial killer and they helped solve a crime by telling him how a serial killer would take a trophy from each killing which was a spiderman figure. They would then go on to solver other crimes and at one point the girl was kidnapped and the boy had to help rescue her.
