For option 1, do the books in the series all have to be by the same author?I was thinking of https://www.goodreads.com/series/3469... which is a single series where each book is written by a different author.

That works. There are no author requirements.
Morning. Could you confirm I've read option two correctly? I was thinking of
Mousse and Murder (295pg) and
If Fried Chicken Could Fly (296pg)
as 296 is consecutive to 295.
Thanks.

Yes this works
Cathy wrote: "Is it okay for the option 1 series to consist of 2 books?"As long as both have the series title in greyscale and series number listed on the books' main pages.
For option 3, book A - 2 consecutive digits in the page count, could I use a book with page count of 432 or 304. When I initially looked at the examples I was thinking you skipped the 0, but I think I am realizing that you are using the 0 as in 0 -1, not as in 2-1. So, I would guess that 304 would not be allowed, but could the consecutive digits descend vs ascend. Thank you.

I meant to include the word ascending order, but it looks like I forgot.
I think 432 should be okay since the digits 4 and 3 are consecutive, or 3 and 2 are consecutive.
304 does not work. 3 and 0 are not consecutive, 0 and 4 are not consecutive.
I will ask for assistance now about your first question. I need to make sure I am not undoing something they have already ruled on.
Note: message sent to mod
