At the end of the voting period, the top three vote-getters will be the BOTMs. If we need to break a tie, we will use the number of first place votes, or if that doesn't work, the number of second place votes as a tie-breaker. If so - then even though the spreadsheet is doing very odd things, we can still do a manual calculation/reconciliation at the end of the month to ensure all votes are captured correctly.

Sandra and I will work on it in the back end - but keep voting - we will certainly make sure the final tally matches with the votes submitted.

The second page of the voting form give you an idea of who has voted for what.

Hi Sandra, I tried to pick To marry a Scottish Laird - Lyndsay Sands as my first preference, but it gave me a different book name (I think it was last month's book). My second preference is The songbirds seduction - Connie Brockway, third is Dawn with a Duke - Erica Ridley. Can I double check if that was recorded properly?
