SOLVED. Historical Fiction I think? About a man who dreams of the perfect woman and then meets her in real life.

I think it was called “The Apothecary.” I read it in high school, so somewhere between 2014-2016. It was about a man who lived in a cabin in the woods and one night he dreamed of the perfect woman. He was selling flowers in town the next day and he met THE woman. He starts to try to get to know her, they start to connect, at some point she realizes she’s fascinated by how accurately he can imitate bird calls (it’s like he’s speaking to them) and then she gets sick. He helps her get better, and on the last page of the book, she finds him in the woods and he cries and yells “My dream girl!!” and they embrace. I remember it being such a sweet book and I cannot find it for the life of me.
