YA book about twins who get mixed up

a girl is going to an antique shop when she sees this guy, this girl is a twin and the guy mistakes her for her twin sister
sorry, i only have a short description but i know this is the beginning of the book

she keeps making eye contact with the guy in the shop and he ends up yelling something to her i think from upstairs. i think he also follows her out of the store and kisses her then realizes it’s not who he thought. i also think one of the twins wore glasses.
