U have to start of with haunting Adeline. I feel like it got a lot of people into reading. But maybe even try the devils night series or lights out before if ur not looking to jump right in.

Personally I started with Haunting Adeline and this book started it all for me. I also read the mindf*ck series by S.T Abby. It was amazing if you want something with badass FMC. And I heard there is also King of Wrath by Ana Huang (still in my tbr) but I heard it was good. (Please read TW)

I started with The Ritual, but I second the person who said Devil's Night and Lights Out. If you want to dip your toes in, those are good choices (especially Lights Out; it's hilarious). If you want to go full throttle Haunting Adeline is a great option. The first rule of dark romance is to always check trigger warnings, then decide if you're ok reading whatever it is. to start i recommend the devil's night series by Penelope Douglas or Credence by the same autor (when i start reading dark romance i start reading Credence, is more taboo but a little dark is)
