My story begins with LILY, a woman in her fifties, penning a warning letter to a stranger, a desperate act meant to save a child from sexual abuse by the very monster who abused her. This letter serves as a catalyst, unraveling the meticulously double-bolted metaphysical locks on her memories and propelling Lily into a tailspin, triggering a series of events that force Lily to confront her traumatic past.

Lily is abruptly catapulted back into the most harrowing period of her life as her past collides with her present. Plagued by relentless disturbances, she turns to therapy for respite. Drawing on her skills as a writer, Lily’s therapist encourages her to understand her life through her own words. However, her journey to publication hits a roadblock when she is required to obtain a letter of permission from her abuser. This quest not only forces her to directly confront her abuser but also unearths additional instances of abuse, murder, and the ensuing trial.

DO UNTO OTHERS delves into the complexities of trauma, self-discovery, and resilience, mirroring my own experiences.
