Series not showing

Hello, an author has written in the seriesses folder asking for help to create a series.
Here is one of the posts

I looked in the profile, and I can't see the series publicly, but I do can see the series if I enter in a book

Do you understand what is happening? The name of the author is correctly written, I can't understand why the series is not showing.

I have encountered this issue before.
So my solution is;
I created second duplicate list like the first one.
After that, they both should be shown in the author's series list.
Then I deleted the first one to maintain only one list of that duplicate.

Now the series available in the author profile.
