Request to Merge Book Editions

Hi Goodreads Librarians,

I recently applied for the Goodreads Author Program and am currently waiting for approval. Since my author profile has not been fully set up yet, I am unable to merge my book editions myself.

It seems that the paperback and e-book versions of my book, Fluffy the Cat, Bullying and True Strength, were added separately due to a small difference in my author name format.
