Hi, I would like to add the cover to the book Un amore a senso unico by Lexi Ryan

I have already tried to ask in an Italian group that deals with these "deficiencies" but they were unable to solve the problem because they explained to me "the cover does not appear editable, as it was inserted by goodreads"; so they suggested that I contact this group.

Then they were wrong.
Superlibrarians don't have any special privileges when it comes to covers. You will need to contact support (and good luck with that, I have a number of such editions waiting).

Yes, I've already seen it a lot, especially with all the bot vandalism logically and helpfully deleting a valid image and replacing it with junk.

by contacting the GR staff as suggested by Martin above, I reported the problem and they solved it without problems.
Anyway, I thank everyone for having responded to my requests and I apologize for moving the discussion and I hope I have not created problems for the users present above.

One last question: now that the problem of my discussion has been solved, am I the one who has to mark the discussion closed or does a member of the group staff have to do it?
