Unlinking a book from the wrong author

I’m the author of one of the short stories in this anthology. This will be my first publication. When I clicked on my name, I saw that it is attributed to a different author with several other books. Does this need to be fixed before I can make an author profile and can claim the book or is there another way I should go about this?

Post a request to the "Book & Author Page Issues" folder asking that your name be moved to a new profile.

Goodreads disambiguates names by adding as many spaces as needed between the first and last names. It's an easy fix, especially if it's done before you claim the author profile.
