They are all part of the same series. The original titles/cover art all designate them as being part of the series "Values for Young Women."
Internally, how are the books connected?
They are not connected internally.The series is a similar concept to the “Once Upon a Time“ collection (examples include Snow: A Retelling of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs by Tracy Lynn, and Midnight Pearls: A Retelling of the Little Mermaid by Debbie Viguie).

Oh, ok interesting. Why would Twisted Tails and Queen’s Council be considered a series for Goodreads, with different characters and different authors, but this one is not?
Queen's Council appears to have a link in the council itself. I have deleted the other.

There is a group of books that is technically a series, but because there are multiple authors they are not grouped together.
The name of the series is "Values for Young Women."
