new reader book recs??

hii im a new ready and i want some book recs i read romance and would like to start fantasy so if someone could recommend a fantasy book that isnt really fantasy heavy that would be great!!

I can recommend 2 really good fantasy books, cinder, and by Marissa Meyer and the Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger.

I enjoy the Highlander series by Karen Marie Moning.

a lot of people break into fantasy with romantasy books like fourth wing or the ACOTAR series. I also recommend Tessonja Odette books, she re-writes princess stories (cinderella, snow white, ariel etc) with fantasy elements for a really approachable entry into fantasy romance. once you've read romantasy then you can move into full fantasy!

I would recommend pretty much any Marissa Meyer book lol
She's very diverse with her characters and her books are really well written. I would recommend starting with The Lunar Chronicles.
She had four confirmed new books coming out in the coming years, so you'll always have more to read!
