Per rivka here, books only available by sending an email to the author are not considered published items.

Now, there's a request for a book that can be purchased by submitting a form via the author's website + manually sending the specific amount through an app. See the site here (in Spanish): https://erikacarrillopsicologagranada... , the form pops up when the "Haz tu pedido" button is clicked.
Would this one be considered a published book?

I've always found that purchasing a book from an author site is valid. Free books where you don't need to register are also valid.

The "free" ones where you have to register to receive the ebook aren't valid.
