I am not certain that this qualifies as published according to Goodreads policy. According to the author's website, the booklet is available currently only as a direct purchase from the author.

She doesn't seem to have any storefront etc. set up, so this is presumably an "email me to purchase" arrangement. Which would be a no.

If that is not correct, please provide additional details.
