Can anybody tell me how can i read a book on this site? I'm new here.

i love reading Indian Fiction like Chetan Bhagat's five point someone....the thing between you and me by sagar is awesome....
I think if you still like chetan bhagat ... well... you havnt read enough
Recommend something.....but stick to Indian Authors and fiction......##
read A fine Balance by Rohington Mistry or Glass Palace by amitav ghosh... these are historical fictions though ....
U can try "immortals of meluha" by amish....mythological fiction

I dont think so .... he was just selling ghost stories about a place people want to go to ... I read it after I was in IIT and found it all frustating
I find his another 2 books, ON@C and TML cheap. FPS was still better than these, 2 States was rather good, he is a selling writer, his aim was to become highest selling author, if not highest, he is one among them. Comparing him with more fine writers like A.Roy, Amish etc. is rather over-comparison.

By the way, to answer the original question, you can't read a book here if it is copyrighted. Only the old books are available.

@Guchu... this topic was raised by Guchu quite some time back but I always find people talking such things rather superficial...Why ever compare Chetan Bhagat with R Mistry and others. Tomorrow you'll compare him to Tagore or Bankim Chandra. What will happen if you read Gita someday, Rohinton Mistry would cease to be a dignified author in your view. Chetan Bhagat is a "masala" writer and the "masala" named Five Point Someone was bloody good.

i agree with that.....he has a interesting way of narrating the story....
Some of the best indian authors are rk narayan and vikram seth....
i read the immortals of meluha....and still cant decide hows it....extreme fictitious to believe....but at the same time interesting enough to carry on!!
I think Durjoy dutta is also doing fine justice with his books.
