Series of books each one based on the discovery on one of possibly the four horsemen of the apocalypse

In the first book the main female character inherits her grandmothers house. Her father has always made her life difficult by telling her she is cursed during her childhood. When she goes to the house she discovers all her grandmothers books have been destroyed. *Spoiler* She moves in and starts to hear a man’s voice speaking to her. Over the course of the book he gradually befriends her and starts to materialise. Eventually they become closer. There is some kind of dark society including her Father who attack them. There is magic involved and mystery. I hope that’s enough for someone to be able to tell me the name of the first book. I read it on kindle unlimited but I can’t find it!!
