Page count seems off

Hello!

I'm adding this book to my January plans but the copy I have and the info from the publisher has just over 600 pages rather than 400. Can this be edited?

And yes, the swapping between hard and paperback is confusing. Mine matches what's on Waterstones, however, no matter that number, the page count is off.
