Paultmurdock | 1 comments The Bloodsworn trilogy (Nordic Fantasy)
The Nevernight series (think Hogwarts, but for assassins)
The third law trilogy (if you have to have happy endings then this series isn’t for you)

Veronica (ronniescorner) | 34 comments I totally get it!! for me the two series that kept my attention span was definitely the Mirror Visitor Quartet, the first book being The Winter's Promise ( Its more steampunk-y but keeps you on your toes and I binged that series one month) and probably the Curse So Dark and Lonely Series.

Artemis Pnme | 10 comments I really enjoyed Divine Rivals! Throne of Glass is a MUST (dodge the spoilers). If you’ve heard of The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa that’s a great read.

Wasn’t a fan of Powerless but each to their own. Fourth Wing was a really fun read but I don’t think the sequels have been able to capture the excitement of the first book.

I know it’s not fantasy and more dystopian but I think everyone should read The Hunger Games series (if you haven’t already) especially with Sunrise on the Reaping - which is the best book I’ve read (so far) this year.

Currently reading Quicksilver, really enjoying it so far!

So many good recommendations here!

The Crystal Kingdoms.
https://www.amazon.com/Crystal-Kingdo...

Description:Princess Maya Emberfell never expected her world to turn upside down.
One day, she was an ordinary girl grieving the death of her father. The next, she's whisked away to a hidden kingdom she never knew existed—and told she's royalty.

Thrown into the dazzling yet dangerous halls of the Emerald Academy, Maya struggles to catch up with students who’ve trained their whole lives for the magical Final Exams. But when she's told she can't take the finals, a new path appears: a legendary quest that could earn her a place at the Crystal Ball—the kingdom’s most prestigious event.

Joined by a group of new friends, Maya sets off on a journey filled with secrets, challenges, and a truth she never saw coming…
Because Maya isn’t just a princess—she is the key.
