YA werewolf book about a girl being turned by mating and not biting. Spoilers.

I downloaded a book online as a teen (2010-2014) onto my tablet. I cant remember where I downloaded it from or the name of the book. Im gonna be honest, I cant remember if it was even really published? It could just be an ebook. Ive been thinking of it for years so any help is appreciated!

The main character is a woman, high school age. She rides a bike to and from school everyday and she finds two werewolves fighting behind some hedges. She falls in love with a werewolf and he mates her and accidentally turns her (TURNED BY MATING, NOT BITING). She starts to turn into a werewolf in a truck while with her boyfriend and her boyfriends friend (they might have been near a dock and/or a boat) and is overheating in winter. She tries to blast the A/C. She almost dies during the turn and her boyfriends family (maybe pack? I dont remember) help keep her alive. Her boyfriend feels so guilty because he didnt turn her on purpose. There's a werewolf fight at the end of the book that leaves her with scratches on her face
