Sorry, as a volunteer helping with the book database, checking on author profile applications isn't part of my role.
If you could just link to the quotes you want deleted please. As long as they still don't have any likes this shouldn't be a problem.

#13-18 deleted - I think. Since the quotes haven't been numbered I'm finding it difficult to keep track.
Working onI'm sure you now realise this but #2 Test Quote. Please don't add things like this. Everything is now so behind in this group now.
All done now. Much quicker with it being numbered. In other folders make sure you don't put more than 5 requests in one post, so that the job can be shared, but very few librarians work in quotes.
I will also advise you that if any of these quotes had likes I wouldn't have been able to delete them. :)

Done. For future reference, Please don't do quotes in ALLCAPS.

One appearance is for your quotes as an author, the other is for those which you have entered as a reader. If you add a quote by someone else you like you should be able to see the difference. (& you can delete the quote if you don't want it to stay)

If you uncheck the notify me when people comment box you won't hear if anyone else comments though.

If there are specific things wrong with the quotes kept link to them & say exactly how you want them displayed, including the tags. I only deleted two duplicates of one quote. If any others were deleted it was not by me.
Sorry you had trouble figuring out how to copy & paste quotes.
As you were told in Msg 16, we do not delete request threads in the Librarian Group, as we use them for information and instruction.

I don't know if you realise this, but we are volunteers who give up some of our spare time to help people. & that a lot of things are very behind in this group, with some people still waiting for adding book requests to be fulfilled from last year.

Hello, I am not sure if I am in the correct group for this. I am trying to delete a quote from my book "The Time Codes". The quote I would like to delete is the following:
In a fleeting moment, as ephemeral as life itself, his time rain ran out before he could say goodbye to those who loved him.
The quote has incorrectly the word "rain" that needs to be deleted, however I added a new quote corrected already so I have almos a duplicated quote.

I'm assuming you are seeing both where you have added them in your feed & where they are listed as your quotes, but we can look at that after you have sorted out your profile (if that is what you want to do) as I am only seeing one listing for each of your quotes.
Edit: I did find one quote that has two duplicates so deleted the duplicates. They may take a few minutes to completely disappear. There are some other quotes that are quite similar. Please link to the one you want deleted.
