Read The Everlasting by Alix Harrow. This is a twisty, time travel fantasy that could also be thought of as an adult fairy tale. It is also a romance, but not the typical romance. This is a fun read with prose that moves quickly. I would enjoy that ride and remember, this is a time travel story and it is better not to dig too deeply into details. Fans of the old Heinlein stories, "By His Bootstraps" and "All You Zombies" should enjoy this one. And I will also recommend it to readers who are also writers and, shall we say, always want to revise their story one more time.

Just got back from shopping and finished up the audio version of Pyramids by Terry Pratchett on the drive. My rating: 4.25 of 5 stars
If you are a fan of the Discworld this is a must-read. I listened to the audiobook and it is at least as good as the print version. 4.25/5

Early this AM finished up Jimmy and the Crawler by Raymond E. FeistMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is a nice wrap-up to the Crawler sub-series of Feist's Midkemia books.
My review here
Starting a different era of Midkemia with Shadow of a Dark Queen. Also have Guards! Guards! on audio as I have a shiplap wall to put up and will need something going.
Just finished reading Scorpio by Marko Kloos. Military sci-fi, alien invasion. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Pyramids is great. The Sphynx scene is comedic gold comparable to the absolute best of Monty Python.

It is really good! In a podcast I follow one of the hosts thought that Terry Gilliam wrote the Discworld series because he thought the humor was so Python-esque (and knew it was written by a Terry). Led to a nice discussion on their Discord. All straightened out now, but it was a fun back and forth.
