Uploading a new cover

Hi all, I've created a new cover which is more relevant to my book, The Blink of an eye,

The covers are all uploaded correctly on all other sites, Amazon Apple etc, but I just cannot find a way of doing so on Goodreads. It is a historical problem that has caused issues.
Am I right in thinking the Librarians are the only ones who can do this ? and if so how can I forward the new cover?

We do not change covers. You can add an alternate cover edition for the new one.
