Add book cover

Hello! I would love to add the actual cover to this edition, I'm not sure why it hasn't come over from Amazon. Could I also please ask to add the paperback edition and delete one of the kindle editions so there is just one of each, and also add the cover to the paperback edition? There won't be a paperback edition on Amazon until I can get the manuscript up in February but would like for people to add it here if they want. Thank you so much!

I have replaced the cover on Kindle edition which currently shows on Amazon. The other Kindle edition can only be deleted by superlibrarians due to number of ratings.
You can add the paperback if you wish.
