* Description: Jaxz Vermeer begon op zijn vijftiende te schrijven en voor te dragen. Net voor een tumor toesloeg en hem blind maakte. Daarom komen ziekte, blindheid en dood vaak in zijn werk voor. Maar niet met de zwaarte die bij deze woorden hoort. Jazx werd me de te feminiene naam Jasmijn de wereld ingestuurd en schreef over gender, klimaat en school. Het was zijn wens om een dichtbundel te maken en gehoord te worden. De tumor haalde hem een goed jaar later in. De bundel kwam er, met soms ruwe versies die evengoed de moeite waard zijn om gepubliceerd te worden. De zoekende en soms trefzekere woorden van iemand die het leven nog moest ontdekken. Op 22-5-2023 overleed Jaxz. Veel te vroeg. Hij had nog zoveel te beleven. Deze bundel is als een eeuwigdurend monument dat hij heeft nagelaten.
