powerless. (Kind of spoilers) stakes are pretty high bc once kai (main guy) figured out paedyn (main girl) was an ordinary, it is his job to kill her, but he figures it out later so I'm not sure if it's really TRUE enemies to lovers but still a great book!

not really vampires or enemies to lovers but in that similar genre, i LOVED anatomy and immortality (duology). its like victorian gothic-like fantasy romance and its so so so good.

Those Who Hunt the Night by Barbara Hambly -- this is a great vampire book and I highly recommend it. To be more precise, it's a crime story with vampires in it.
Unfortunately, all the sequels to this great book are just rubbish, although they are well written. But the first book is really worth reading.
As for Enemies to Lovers, you might like The Last King of Osten Ard by Tad Williams. However, the romance subplot is not really an important part of these books.

Wings So Wicked, Serpent and the wings of night, Quicksilver (kinda), Shadow in the Ember (Kinda), Once upon a broken heart (Kinda). The Choosing Chronicles.
The Kinda ones were because, A) They are not vampires, but they can suck blood OR B) Sometimes they are a vampire and suck blood.
