Should i do the tandem read of throne of glass or not?

I'm about to star empire of storms of the throne of glass series and i'm not sur if i should do the tandem read or not?
What do you recommend?

I am going to say yes and I will try to explain without giving anything away. Empire of Storms and Tower of Dawn are 2 stories happening side by side but not the same people. After the way Empire of storms ended I would have been so upset having to make my way through Tower of Dawn because I would be more interested in wanting to know the continuation of EOS. But having read the two in Tandem it really made me appreciate the story of TOD. Hope that helps
