The ASIN in this case is just a selling identifier on Amazon.

Thanks for mentioning that your book doesn't have an ISBN.

Can you just assure me that your page count doesn't include advertising material & blank pages right at the end? & if you can give me the date your edition was published.

After page 278 there is first a page with more books by the author, then a page with the printer's name, so the total should maybe be 280 instead. After those there are 16 pages with adds of more books by the publisher.
My edition was published in 1888.
