On here & on World cat the publisher is shown as the author.

Whoops, I think I may have copied the wrong ISBN. The correct one should be 9781915584632

That shows up on the Neem Tree Press edition on goodreads as well as on the back of my copy.

We would count the about the author page so I have added a count of 392 pages. Unfortunately I got a system error, so I don't know if the correction went through or not. I'll check later.
