[BWF] Flight by Sherman Alexie – 3 Stars

I do sometimes read YA books, but none of them have made me remember just how much I am not the target audience as this book has. There is a lot of teenage boy humour throughout, which I felt took away from what had the potential to be a very powerful book about growing up in foster care as a half Native American. At times, the book was quite entertaining, but there were also other times where it had a much darker tone and message. This was not as good as a different book I read by this author earlier this year, but I would be interested in reading more by this author.
