Please add cover for this edition of my book. I set it up while recovering from total knee replacement and failed to add the cover.

When I click the link for hardcover at your source it takes me to Amazon 'page not found', please provide a direct link to relevant edition at an acceptable source.

Hi Martin, My publisher says, "The reason that the link to the hardcover on the mzbworks.com site doesn't work is because Amazon won't list it for pre-order. This is the Ingram edition; there is a separate Amazon hc that is already up on GoodReads. But the librarian can take the cover from mzbworks.com; all he has to do is right-click and save the image and then upload it."

I gave you the link to my blog for the cover reveal. Since this edition won't be released until November 12, what else would suffice?

There are no details of the hardcover at the MZB site, just a link to follow, that link does not lead to any source that I can use.
We can add the image as soon as an acceptable source is available.
