Published Authors, Current/Ex Agents or Editors—Feedback Needed on Query Package

Hi everyone!

I’m seeking some paid consulting or guidance from someone with experience in the publishing industry — ideally a published author, or a current/former agent or editor at a traditional publisher (non indie).

I’ve gone through multiple beta reads and invested in an indie editor for my psychological thriller, but my initial round of query submissions hasn’t led to any requests for material. While I know the odds are long, I had hoped to see more traction because I believe the concept has commercial appeal, and my query + sample have undergone significant revisions and polish.
