What is the relation between Libbyapp and Random House Worlds? For a non-english librarian it's not easy to find such a relation.

If there's none, that won't be an accepted source in GR.

As far as I know, as long as libby is not the publisher, we cannot use it as a source. Read the first post of the folder, and follow the link to acceptable sources. National libraries are accepted sources, but libby itself forbids other people from using their data.
