Please combine remain two duplicate editions of book into one edition

I tried to combine all 4 editions into one, as there is only one edition of this title. However, two of the versions are now unable to be deleted except for superlibrarians. Can someone please help?

In Goodreads terminology, "combine"=group together without deleting any editions, while "merge"=delete an edition.

I have merged the empty duplicate.
