Welcome Kyle!
As Lynnette says there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Some like to just go with the flow, others (like me) like to plan/make a schedule. I recommend easy reads, enough books to switch between and if you like those, some audiobooks for when the eyes grow tired or for taking a walk, making food etc.
Oh, and the most important thing: have fun!

Hi Kyle. Welcome to Deweys!
Jaime has kept the last two readathon threads open. Look over our Closing Surveys where we say what did/not work for us as individual readers.
And continue to ask questions as it does help you and ot goves us an opportunity to chat ;)

This Readathon is proving once again how slow of a reader I actually am lol. It’s all good though, I’m just happy to spend the day getting through some of my TBR and enjoying the process.

Same here Kyle, I’m a slow reader myself, while my readathon buddy is a very fast reader. But we enjoy our day (we rent a small place somewhere in or nearby the woods) and I love to see how everybody’s doing!
Having fun is the important part!
