Meddy Chan and husband Nathan are enjoying an extended European honeymoon before traveling to Indonesia to meet up with Meddy's extended family for a Chinese New Year Celebration. There seems to be an unending number of relatives attending the festivities which includes Meddy's mother and her 3 aunties. The tradition of handing out red packets filled with varying amounts of money to youngsters takes a dangerous turn this year. A long ago suitor of Second Aunt has brought a large supply of the red packets but one of them was not to be handed out. Instead it holds the deed to some land that was to ensure placid business relations between a few wealthy but warring families. Of course the Aunties decide to retrieve it but it has fallen into the hands of another ruthless business man. Thus begins another romp through the criminal underworld for Meddy and the Aunties and this time it is dangerous to all involved.

I have enjoyed this humorous series so far although I didn't feel this one was as good as the others. The audio was quite well done as I love the reader's voice when she is one of the Aunties.
