guys i get really bad nosebleeds every day and one time i got three severe nosebleeds a day for over a month and this happens a lot but today i woke up bleeding into my pillow (prettty normal so i wasn’t scared) AND THEN I SAW MY ENTIRE SHEET AND BLANKET WAS WET AND DARK RED so i put some tissues on and went back to sleep because as i said, this is normal, BUT NOW I HAVE TO CLEAN ALL THE TISSUES BECAUSE I SOMEHOW USED AN ENTIRE TISSUE BOX (it was unopened and brand new and i used all of it) ALSO I HAVE TO HANDWASH ALL MY AHEETS NOW BUT SINCE I WENT BACK TO BED THEYRE ALREADY STAINED AND OMG I CANT GET THE STAINS OUT 😭 😭 😭😭💀💀💀💀💀

I recommend using hydrogen peroxide and ice water to get it out!! and I used to get nose bleeds due to pressure headaches so make sure u don't like sneeze with ur mouth closed and blow ur nose as welllll!!!

Definitely soak blood stains in cold water and use a stain remover if it’s not clean right away.

it sounds like you need to see a doctor. my brother had really bad nosebleeds almost daily. It ended up being something only surgery could fix.

oh no 😭if you haven't tried hydrogen peroxide that is a must, although (make sure to check the care label first because it might be too strong) ammonia breaks down blood stains and is great. i personally haven't tried this one, but i've heard if you have meat tenderizer that can also break down blood proteins. lemon is a natural bleach so that's a good shot, vinegar and baking soda is good for stains that last long, obviously chemical stain removers. i think coca cola also helps

if i were you, this is what i'd do (if the ammonia is too strong. otherwise use that first). soak them in cold water for a few hours, twist out excess water, pour vinegar, lemon juice and cola on it and let that soak in, add baking soda (dab, don't rub) and just keep working it.

only fresh, still wet blood, and it has to be your own blood and saliva, no one elses will work <3

also i’ve added a BUNCH more and when i tried to spit on it i just spit out more blood 😭 it’s like basically red now! but i’ll def try the stain removers and like hydrogen peroxide/ammonia
