The book is listed with just 224 pages, however the epilogue only starts at 268, after which comes a thank you (p. 281) and some ending notes (p. 283) and a long list of references (starting at p. 326) ending the book at page 348

The ISBN on the title doesn't come up in search for me. The copy you have linked to has this ISBN 9789463811057. Can you confirm for me which is correct?
