Predictable?

Always when I talk to someone about this book, people say they were really touched by the ending. But am I the only one who really saw this coming? The story was so slow and then an ending that I had already predicted, I found it quite disappointing. But it seems like I'm the only one who wasn't surprised at all, am I?

Saw it coming from a mile away. I mean, everyone hyped it up and was like, oh it's such a sad ending. So I kind of just put two and two together.

I mean, hearing that it was a sad book I thought finny was going to die, but the book had me believing it wouldn't happen, and then it did and broke my heart

i didn't expect it to be honest. i found the first chapter a bit weird but i'm an incredible optimist so i always hoped for the best. it literally broke my heart, especially since Autumn and Fynn finally got together
