Please help me find the name of this book! College romance

I read a book last year and I can’t find the name of it. This is a college romance. The FMC is secretly dating her best friends twin brother. MMC is supposed to go to her senior prom with but ends up breaking up with her over the phone. FMC and MMCs family are all friends so they all live in a duplex for college. FMC ends up dating FMC brother who is also her best friends. Turns out MMC is dying and needs an organ but he doesn’t tell anyone till the end of book. His brother ends up in coma and gives him the organ.
