I’m pretty sure this is a YA book. She’s a twin or has a sister close to her in age. She’s tomboyish. They live in coastal town and I feel like I remember her going to the docks and helping with her father’s business. Lobster trapping maybe? She has a guy best friend and feels betrayed when him and her twin get together. She ends up becoming a midwife or something and marries a guy with two kids
